Concord Housing Advocacy

As planning for the redevelopment of several major sites in Concord moves forward, the town has a “once-in-a-generation” opportunity to rethink how the town prioritizes, funds, and develops affordable housing.

The Concord Housing Foundation Board, spearheaded by board member Matt Johnson, created ‘Building Community: A New Housing Strategy for Concord’ which seeks to leverage this moment in order to create meaningful changes in Concord’s housing diversity.
